• Please contact us with your reservation request (by e-mail, telephone, fax or mail)



• A deposit of 25% of the total rate becomes payable at the time of reservation (see payment options)
  
  The remaining rental fee is due 4 weeks prior to arrival, at the latest
  
  On receipt of the deposit we will issue you a detailed booking confirmation.



• The deposit represents a binding commitment and confirms your booking. We advise our customers to take out a travel cancellation insurance.
  
  Should you wish to cancel you booking after receipt of the booking confirmation we require your cancellation in written form.
  
  For cancellations up to 6 weeks prior to the booking period 25% of the total rental amount will be retained,
  for cancellations up to 4 weeks prior to the booking period 50% of the total rental fee will be charged,
  for cancellations up to 2 weeks prior to the booking period 75% of the total rental fee will be charged.
  Cancellations less than two weeks prior to the booking period are fully non-refundable and the total rental cost will be charged.



• Extras and Telephone charges will be added to the final bill on the day of departure

Further Information

• One of our rooms is reserved for our smoking guests.
  (Please inquire at the time of booking)



• In all other rooms as well as the breakfast room smoking is not allowed.



• In consideration of our allergic guests we regret that we cannot permit you to bring your pets.



• Also, the preparation of food in the rooms is not permitted



• On the day of arrival you can move into your room from 3 pm,
  check-out time on the day of departure is at 11 am at the latest.



• For the duration of your stay we provide parking space for our guest (no liability).
